The objective of this role is to support the merchandising team to maximize commercial opportunities through the effective management of product mix, driving sales through improved availability and forecasting and reducing mark down and maximizing profit.
Ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the site in new arrivals, category pages, designer pages, and trend pages.
Create seasonal, monthly and weekly plans and forecasts for sales, inventory, markdowns and gross margin. Monitor performance and partner with team to develop financial strategies to achieve plans.
Curating product lists to support social and email marketing, using knowledge of past trends and product availability to ensure lists are commercial, yet maintaining the fashion credibility of the site.
Consider markdowns, promotions or clear outs etc.
Anticipating future product need.
Providing sales analysis and customer patterns to aid future curation.
Setting of markdown prices for the end of season
sale and ensure a smooth start to the sale
Assist in ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically

Responsible for supporting daily mailers and marketing activities to boost Sales
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidates with a bachelors / masters in Fashion Management/Fashion Technology/ or any other fashion related course would be preferred
Analytical and interpersonal skills
Should be updated with trends in fashion
Proficiency in working on MS Excel
Ability to work in teams
Excellent merchandising skills with attention to detail
Skills in the analysis of sales statistics and market data
Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively
Strong customer awareness and understanding
Good understanding and exposure to Premium / luxury products and market
